BUSINESS ANALYST - BANKING - MIDDLE OFFICE & SECURITIES
One of our leading banking clients is seeking a Business Analyst to help analyze, define, and implement operational processes within their Securities department. They are currently undergoing a large transformation which will require the successful candidate to demonstrate a broad range of problem solving skills, as well as an ability to work well with business counterparts across global locations.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Perform functional and business analysis on operational processes within Securities, as well as the impact of changes to existing processes
- Deliver Target Operating Models, Business Process Models, Target Design & Functional Specifications
- Provide good knowledge of Securities, SWIFT and International Custodians
Candidates with the following experience will be well-suited for the position:
- Previous Business Analysis experience within banking
- Good knowledge of Securities and Middle/Back Office Operations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in working with stakeholders across a number of locations
