Business Analyst-Banking/Management Information System (MIS)

Business Analyst - Banking/Management Information System (MIS) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years' experience working as a Business Analyst in the consulting or banking area
- Profound experience working with senior management and leading large projects with global client bases
- Expertise in writing requirements for the business side
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills along with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Knowledge in End to End MIS
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Assisting senior management in developing and delivering an end-to-end MIS on workforce/headcount data for the Corporate Center
- Managing and setting up governance necessary for the program as well as supporting the required decision-making process at senior management level
- Conducting workshops with senior stakeholders to collect requirements, key data sources and data availability
- Scheming the structure of MIS, including approach for developing each report, if not existing, and timeline for developing the respective reports
- Adjusting/improving the existing MIS reports as necessary based on the input/feedback received from stakeholders/senior management
