BUSINESS ANALYST- BANKING - HR REWARDS AND BENEFITS- SYSTEMS AND PROCESS UPGRADE - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

A leading FS company based in London is seeking a Business Analyst to support Strategic Review of Reward seeks to optimise total remuneration spend in order to create a compelling, affordable and integrated reward proposition. One role will focus on Requirements heavy systems and process slant. HR not necessary but will need to create guides for end users and the other role will require Lots of stakeholder management and communications work, will help to design learning guides. HR and Communications experience desired for this role.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Typical business analysis activity includes planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, communicating and validating requirements for changes to our learning proposition and the way in which we raise the profile of Performance Management through improved communication methods Ability to specify data requirements to support the insight capability that will enable the exploitation of channel opportunities and expand our view of customers channel usage
- Shows interest in the general strategy of their unit/division and a sound appreciation of what own business area does
- Changes to the systems and supporting end to end process for Performance Management under the direction of the Performance and Reward Centre of Excellence
- Lots of stakeholder management and communications work. Will help to design learning guides. HR and Comms experience desired.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
