Business Analyst - Banking - Edinburgh

My client is one of the biggest banks in the UK and who are currently going through significant change across all business areas. They have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their Insurance division on a contract basis and will provide exposure all elements of the Division's conduct reporting from data management through to root-cause analysis.

This role will suit someone that is keen to broaden their knowledge of Insurance's products.

In order to be considered for this role candidates will have the following skills/experience:

- Proven Business Analysis experience within banking or Insurance previously on large scale transformation or conduct risk programme preferably.
- Previous experience working in Insurance and aware of the types of Insurance related products offered to customers
- Strong customer experience and/or customer journey experience from previous assignments would be preferred
- Strong regulatory background would be advantageous
- Experience of project forums and attending these on behalf of a work stream or project
- Excellent general Business Analysis skills - Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering and Documentation skills
- Good solution design and solution implementation experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders from multiple business areas in the past. Recruitment Zone acting as an employment business in regard to this advert.
