DESCRIPTION:

Familiarity/Exp in the Financial Services Industry.Hands-on exp deploying financial apps.

Strong demonstrated communication skills both verbal/written, Exc leadership, teamwork & client service skills, Demonstrated integrity within a professional env, Ability to support a Horizon effort.

Work with PM to develop project activities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

"Primary Skills: Business Analyst in Banking Domain.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

- Plans, gathers & clearly documents business needs (requirements) of clients & stakeholders using techniques like use cases, wireframes, JAD sessions, current/future state process flows.ensures all req are traceable & measurable.
- Builds functional & Non functional req.
- Gap Analysis.
- Communicates well and in business language to business users and technical language to technical team
- Good Leadership qualities, ownership and accountability
- Experience in doing a BA role for large projects spanning more than 12 months, mutiplereleases, and geographically diverse teams

Experience in Reqpro, HP Quality Center or HP ALM"

NICE TO HAVE: Operational RISK/AML background .
