Our Banking client is urgently seeking a Business Analyst to join their new team. Based from their West Yorkshire office, the role will be supporting a large customer-focussed programme and the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes and customer journeys and identifying necessary improvements.
In order to be successful in this role, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge
*Strong and proven business analysis skills gained ideally within the Financial Services sector
*Previous experience of large scale Change Programmes
*Prior experience of analysing customer journeys
*Strong and clear communication skills with excellent organisational and planning skills
*Previous experience working with a variety of business teams and Stakeholders
