Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Experience of Financial Restatement definition, preparation, testing and execution, including management of those tasks.
- Track record of successful delivery in large Finance Transformation Programmes
- Experience of leading and delivering General Ledger and Financial Consolidation Tool analysis
- Strong planning, progress tracking and reporting skills
- Knowledge of SAP General Ledgers
- Knowledge of Financial Consolidation Tools
- Knowledge of interface and mapping processes, where possible
- Insurance Finance accounting knowledge
- business and programme management methodology experience, where possible
- Programme Governance knowledge/delivery record
- Track record of successfully facing off to multiple business areas
- Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels, to PWG level
