BUSINESS ANALYST - BANKING - CIRCA £400-500 PER DAY (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE) - GLOUCESTER

A leading retail bank based in Gloucester is seeking a Business Analyst to work on a major change and ground braking programme offering a unique experience within the Bank.

There is a requirement for two Business Analysts here; one to take a more senior role and the other more junior elements. You will have an in depth understanding of core business analysis skills and project life cycle.

To be considered for the role you must have demonstrable experience of working on large scale change programmes within financial services (ideally retail banking).

Other key requirements of the role include (and should clearly be demonstrated on your CV):

- Process and business analysis, requirements gathering
- Writing functional specifications for developers
- Developing high level solution designs, identifying alternative solutions
- Managing changes through the software development life cycle
- Experience of several development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong data analysis skills

You will also be competent generating MI and managing stakeholders internal and external.
