For a longer term project at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - BANKING APPLICATIONS (80%) (3633)

In this role you are required to support a team of BAs in supporting Infrastructure Investment, Private Equity and Asset Management platforms - third party and in-house. It's a small team consisting of Business Development, Portfolio Managers and Operational Staff. Essentially we are looking for a solid BA all-rounder in Banking who brings the necessary flexibility and drive to succeed in a smaller, agile team within a larger organization.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8 + Years experience as a Business Analyst in banking
- Experienced in the financial sector with a good overall know how of Products and Services
- SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF SCRUM AGILE, KANBAN, BI TOOLS AND SQL
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
- Strong analytical and technical mind set
- Experienced with creating business requirements documentation
- Draft recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents across all applications
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
- Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts
- Act as recognized experts in their area and usually work on multiple products and/or processes of medium to high complexity
- Involved in coordinating activities, eventually of strategic nature that go beyond their own area
- Coach colleagues, demonstrating excellence in their professional area
- Identify cross-functional opportunities, contributing to the acceptance of change in the wider organization
