BUSINESS ANALYST
One of my Banking clients is urgently looking for a Business Analyst a 3-6 month contract in Antwerp, Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and understand business processes in the organization
- Participate in meetings and workshops with subject matter experts, document the business process and explain to technical team
- Creates, edits, revises and finalizes life cycle deliverables and business and technical requirements
- Test, implement, review and measure deliverable(s)
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or technology preferred
- Previous experience of working with developers for solution design and implementation
- Experience of related software/development and process management experience within the financial services industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Experience designing and delivering business cases, use cases, business and technical specifications
- Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience in Agile project life cycle management
- Strong technical, analytical, and financial services business knowledge. Excellent technical understanding of underlying relevant technical architecture and business processes.
- Strong project management skills, proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions
- Knowledge of system design & UAT/Testing
