BCBS-239 BUSINESS ANALYST (BANKING)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English and German speaking BUSINESS ANALYST. The successful candidate will aim to achieve compliance for the bank in line with regulators requirements. For this contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Document all relevant risk measures of the bank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work with SMEs to elicit and document business processes, data flows, system landscapes
- Work with SMEs to further investigate risk measures
- Collaborate closely with IT resources to document data flows on physical level
- Analyze and document data quality issues and contribute to the definition of remediation activities
You must possess:
- At least 4 years business analysis experience within financial institution, Private Banking experience a plus
- Strong experience documenting business processes
- Effective stakeholder management
- Able to efficiently run workshops with business stakeholders
- Experience in operating in complex environments beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience working with data, well-wersed analysing SQL code
- Experience with BCBS-239 or other regulatory initiatives beneficial
