Business Analyst Banking

The Business Analyst will be responsible for business analysis work stream on a top focus programme involving the transition of Commercial Banking customer accounts to the core banking system used by the Corporate Bank.
"The successful candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Business Analysis in a software development context
Experience of a software development environment
Ability to work with a global, virtual team in multiple time zones, both on and offshore
Appropriate (industry recognised) Business Analysis accreditation eg CBAP and Software Development practice eg Agile, etc
Collaboration with technical delivery team in assessing solution are feasible
Partnering with the business to create business process models
Expertise in collection, analysis, validation, and documentation of a client's or stakeholder's business needs and requirements
Organising workshops with stakeholders and presenting output to a variety of audiences both technical and business aligned functions with varying seniority
Contribute to end-user documentation, process flows, specifications, and diagrams to provide direction to non-Business Analyst
