Business Analyst/Back-Office/Swift

BUSINESS ANALYST/ASSET MANAGEMENT/BACK OFFICE/SWIFT/BUSINESS PROCESSES

Currently one of our financial global clients in Holland is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can join their team on a long-term contract. The Client is one of the leading Asset Managers of the Netherlands and are looking for a BA with experience on Back Office process and processes regarding Swift Messaging.

As a Business Analyst you will be acting as a bridge between the business and change groups, and you are accountable for a business and/or technology solution that supports the business request.

This role works with the business to formulate, define and make decisions to authorize business transformation initiatives. This role designs, changes and creates business processes and/or information products that will be used to implement the business transformation solution.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor or Academic Degree in Economics, Finance and/or Information Management, Business Management, MBA.
- Fluent English in writing and presenting.
- Professional, always translating resistance towards change into benefits and solutions. Company shaper, business (information) process chain thinker.
- Dares to say no to management with reasoning: has strong convincing power.
- Outside In drive and initiates change without being asked for.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Never loses focus for the end goal.
