MISSION DESCRIPTION:
- WHAT
A business Analyst that will be part of the Global aircraft maintenance digitalization program for the Airlines. Main activities will be analyse bugs and coordination resolution with the vendor and internal IT, testing of maintenance applications, analyse business requirements and modifications requests for existing and/or new applications. Coordinating/communication with super users and collaborate with airline business support teams. Review or create release documentation such as requirement, test cases, user manual and release notes.

o Analyse the Airlinesor relevant by experience
Willingness to travel
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Be an active listener
Excellent English language skills
Strong communication skills and interaction with users
Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, challenge others in a constructive manner. Be able to work as part of a cross-functional and cross-cultural team
Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
Experience with collaborative tools such as Confluence/JIRA or willingness to learn
