JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Parameterization Specialist/Business Analyst to strengthen our team in the C&F area. Candidates are expected to provide business analysis as well as parameterization skills and have significant work experience with the core banking solution Avaloq. Focus will be on incident management and solution developing in the C&F area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of Cost & Fees.
- Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services.
- Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments.
- Stakeholder management including end user consulting.
- Service management: Business as Usual (BAU) support via Incident Mgmt.
- Change management: Support of specific projects or change requests, provide conclusions, recommendations, effort estimations, solution designs and develop agreed solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business knowhow in the Cost & Fees area.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Avaloq experience.
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, development.
- Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers.
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications.
- Avaloq certification.
- Strong Avaloq parameterization know-how.
- Experience in PL/SQL Skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in Project management skills.
- Experience in Oracle database.
- German written and spoken skills
- Education in Banking.
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
