Business Analyst/Artworks System Lead

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is now looking for a Business Analyst Artworks System Lead.

This is a contractual role starting in June 2018 until end of May 2019.

Responsibilities:

- Provide business support to the global artworks workflow system - based on SAP BPM
- Work closely with the team to deliver solution designs, lead systems projects, and test solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Ensure the system is fit for intended use from a GxP perspective
- Be a core team member of the system improvement and stabilization efforts and contribute to the successful implementation
- Act as key interface between Informatics support and the Business
- Stakeholder Management
- Take action to close gaps and drive improvements; reports status and deliver system trainings

Must Have:

- 5 - 7 years' experience as Business Analyst in ERP
- B.S. degree in business, engineering, or technology is required
- Experience with Artworks Management Process and related systems - eg SAP BPM or other work-flow system
- Flexibility to work with users in global time zones
- Fluent in English

Nice to have:

- SAP/ERP certifications
- German language
