BUSINESS ANALYST/ARCHITECT FINANCIAL SERVICES
Key skills required: PROCESS MANAGEMENT, PROCESS ANALYSIS, PROCESS DESIGN, BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN, BUSINESS ANALYSIS, FUNCTIONAL SPECS AND REQUIREMENTS GATHERING.
One of our Financial Services Clients based in Luxembourg currently requires a Senior Business Analyst/Architect. Currently the company is going through some major changes and has a good view on growth for the company. They require someone with a holistic approach, able to look at things overall and then dig into detail where required. They are keen on someone able to keep calm under pressure and that can cope with a lot of change.
Currently they are migrating a number of systems onto one platform, this involves working with a range of different clients. Therefore one of the keys to this role is being able to work with a range of clients, through various different processes and be able to adjust to different environments. They require someone that is able to work with the change planned ahead, but at the same still when called upon able to voice their opinion.
Experience of working in an Agile environment is highly desirable. The client has a number of critical projects under way and requires additional assistance to meet project deadlines. You will be required to analyse the business requirements and translate these into functional requirements. You will need very good communication skills to liaise with all levels of the company, the ability to come up to speed is essential as is the ability to be adaptable. French speaking skills are also highly desirable.
