Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Urgent role for an experienced Business Analyst on a 4 month contract based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), please note candidates must be fluent in Arabic.

You will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in information systems, computer science and ideally a Business analysis related certification is an asset (ex: CBAP/CCAB) and be responsible to Identify, gather, document, categorize business, user and system requirements, Conduct impact analysis of requirements, Conduct requirements review meetings, Crafting use case, business process flow and description, Develop requirements documents for approval by stakeholders.

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst with at least two project implementations in the government sector, must Have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users, Knowledge of UML and related Object Oriented Technology is must, Proven record In managing large-scale IT project and systems implementations and Familiarity with enterprise application integrations.
