Projektbeschreibung
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Application Management)/CfT-Expert to work at our multinational client in Rome/Italy.
TASKS
- To develop at least 3 alternative proposals on how to structure an application management contract catering for one or more of client's application families.
- The contract should at a minimum cater for 3rd tier support, bug fixing, fixing of security vulnerabilities and vendor driven software stack patches and upgrades. In addition it could cover some level of continuous improvement of applications, capacity management, hosting, application portfolio rationalization, decommissioning.
EDUCATION
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years post graduate, progressively responsible professional experience as Business Analyst within an organisation and proven track record in development and implementation of IT applications.
Possession of a combination of broad business skills and IT experience including:
Strong background in required business area
- Mix of business-oriented and IT-oriented skills
- Strong analytical and statistical background
- Business analysis: creation and review of Business Processes for IT solutions
- Organized and structured worker
- Knowledge in more than 1 business area
- Experience in several IT implementations
- High and/or detailed knowledge of IT tools used for implentation
- IT solution development: Requirements, Design, Development, Implementation
- Full command of English is essential.
OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Ability to identify IT requirements and articulate technical information;
- Good organisational skills and time management.
