BUSINESS ANALYST - ANALYTICS LEAD needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Richardson, Texas.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The organization supports web sales and service across products and is an area of strategic focus.
- Our eCommerce Analytics Project team develops a set of reporting and analysis to support the business teams with leading edge Business Intelligence capabilities.
- The primary responsibility of the team is to develop and sustain web online analytic reporting that is heavily used to track various data including clickstream, order, fulfillment and subscriber metrics.
- The Analytics PM must translate business requirements, Wireframes and comps into a reporting requirement document that will be used by the sustainment and scorecard teams.
- In addition the Analytics PM must coordinate with the application development team, the QA/Test team, and Business Objects teams, the clients and Analytic Manager in order to able to measure the project and business KPI once the project go live.
- Managing the metrics and reporting aspects release projects
- Estimate work efforts involved in projects
- Translate project business requirements into reporting requirement
- Create and design to farm information and data to measure the performance of the project, programs, products, promotions, business requirements, technologies and the competitive landscape
- Coordinate throughout all different phases of the projects: idealization phase, business requirement, elopement phase, tagging efforts, the project's technical, clickstream, WebTrends profile and reporting efforts and etc.
- Develop basic project reporting plan and perform quality analysis testing to validate project test data
- Coordinate final project quality analysis, reporting, transferring of reporting knowledge; provide close-loop communication within the organization including creating Senior Executive dashboard

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Business Objects or in eCommerce reporting/analytics
- Minimum of three (3) years project management experience associated with Business Intelligence projects
- Minimum of two (2) years as business/data analyst
- Must have work-related project management experience in a data analysis and reporting environment including the ability to accurately estimate work efforts, develop project plans and deliver on goals.
- PMP certification is a nice to have, but successful data analyst related project management experience required
- Must have relevant project management experience in eCommerce reporting/analysis field.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be proficient with Business Objects
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with developers, managers, functional users, and executives
- Must be self-motivated and strong desire to learn and Excel

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous industry experience in eCommerce is highly desired.
