Business Analyst - Document Management System OR Identity Access Management tool implementation - Contract - Amsterdam

We are currently looking for a strong Business Analyst to implement a document management and identity access management system for our clients global E-commerce strategy.

Tasks, deliverables and responsibilities
* Business Analysis
* Your primary work area is system improvement and process modelling/analysis in one or two functional domain(s).
* You define solutions and project scope/objectives through research, fact finding, and elicitation with a solid understanding of business, systems, and requirements.
* You provide high impact (tactical) advice on a senior management level.
* You translate business requirements into (possible IT) solution requirements.
* You are responsible for requirements documentation and assist in developing and deploying the solution.
* You participate in testing of applications against requirements.

Must have Knowledge, experience and skills
* You are able to relay requirements, ideas and opinions clearly, comprehensively and correctly (in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing)
*You have working knowledge of Use Case diagrams and Use Case specifications
* Document Management System OR Identity Access Management tool implementation
*You have a strong knowledge of and experience with Front Office and Back Office banking systems, and you have affinity with technical ICT like interfaces, performance challenges, GUI and Soap services.

Nice to haves:
* You have knowledge of and experience with wholesale and retail banking and financial markets (eg equity derivatives, FX/MM products) and E-commerce trends in particular and a proactive eagerness to watch trends and developments within the domain to identify new business opportunities.
* You use your domain knowledge and judgment to challenge our customers' questions and proposed solutions.
* You have knowledge of and experience with software engineering methodologies, preferably OpenUp/Agile/RUP.
* You have experience with using workshops to elicit requirements or facilitate decision making.
