Business Analyst AML IT (m/f)

- You must be able to understand business and data

issues as they relate to Anti Money Laundering (AML)and prevention of terrorist financing - You will assist in calibration of Mantas scenarios,
validating behavior detection logic, etc. - You will create and review business requirements and
functional specification documents - You will lead testing efforts and ensure that issues are
identified tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner - You will work with business users to identify needed
changes and communicate them to the development team - You will need to deliver high quality services to your
business users - You will need to understand and assist in developing
and delivering against project deadlines and schedules - You must be able to facilitate communications with you
business users, be able to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographic boundaries - You must be able to manage business user's
expectations effectively

- You must have data mining and scenario testing experience using the Mantas application
- You must have experience in the specification and testing of Extraction, Transform and Load (ETL) processing
- You should have an excellent working knowledge of nix and Informatica
- You should have experience with the following data

formats: delimited flat file, fixed field length flat file, relational Data Base (RDBMS) tables and views, schema defined XML files - You must possess good communication skills
- Very Good English language skill is essential
- You should be familiar with some of all of the following

concepts: high value payments (HVP), and automated clearing house (ACH), payment messaging schemes (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022), payment clearing systems (Fedwire, CHIPS, Target, SEPA) - You should be aware of industry best practices of proof
and control, correspondent banking and related accounting, payment processing including funds transfer - You should be aware of relevant legislation/
regulations relating to AML (Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US Patriot Act, Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and third EU Directive)
