Business Analyst - Agile/Scrum - SQL - XML - Finance

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst with a technical affinity to work on the global implementation of an on-line marketing system for a financial institution.

Activities:
* Defining scope/objectives of system and business changes through research, fact finding, with a solid understanding of business, systems and requirements
* Assisting in business process redesign/business change
* Vendor management
* Translating business requirements into (IT) solution requirements
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
* Challenging the internal clients on their assumptions of how to implement a solution to realize their needs
* Being the liaison between management, local business analysts, users, developers and testing teams though which requirements flow.
* Developing requirements specification using natural language and use cases according to templates

Knowledge required:
* Knowledge of products and processes in E-commerce
* Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
* Technical skills, such as:
o Understand interfaces
o Understanding of relational databases and web services
o Ability to write SQL queries
o Understanding of XML Schema

Required experience:
* Proven experience working according to Agile/Scrum methods
* Proven experience in a banking or E-commerce environment
* Experience with relational databases, web applications, web services, XML interfaces and content management tools
* At least 5 years of experience in an Business Analyst role
* Proven experience in an international working environment and international projects.
* Proven experience in dealing with external and internal partners and vendors
