BUSINESS ANALYST (AGILE/SCRUM) - EAST FLANDERS, BELGIUM
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and DUTCH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years' experience in IT
- 2 years' experience as a business and functional analyst
- Master degree in ICT or a Bachelor degree with substantial experience
- Solid experience within business analysis
- Solid experience within functional analysis
- Solid knowledge of analysis techniques based in UML
- Solid knowledge of SCRUM as an AGILE development methodology
- Solid knowledge of interfacing between application
- Strong analytical mind (process analysis, Datamodelling)
- Sociable, assertive, and you can build a network without great efforts
- Creative and positive, energetic and driven
- You have potential to grow and you are a real team player
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is a plus
- Knowledge of EAL, FTP, ESB, WEB SERVICES, SOA, SOAP, CIM is a plus
- Knowledge in the distribution and energy sector is a plus
- Knowledge in public lightning is a plus
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Analyse, evaluate and caption the ICT needs within the IT department
- Translate the needs in fitting and suitable concepts and ICT services
- Initiate solutions to the requirements and needs of your internal clients
- Follow up the progress and realisations
- Develop analyses in a detailed manner to pass on to a developer
- Ensure the adjustments and updates to ICT applications in case of changes within the business processes, organization or installation of newer versions of an application
- Deliver the tools to make complete and detailed reports, as well as ad hoc reports requested by internal clients
- Achieve a maximal and optimal usage of the available ICT tools to ensure a maintenance and/or improvement of the business processes
- Organise the support to the application users from the domain
