Our Client is a public service provider based in Brussels, Belgium. They work in the infrastructure side of Public service and as such have a reputation for consistently delivering reliable services as thousands of people in Belgium depend upon them every single day.

Your New role:

- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Agile working
- Very good communication (vocal and written)
- Team player, however, with good self-management
- Experience with Enterprise architect

Preferably experience with customer communications and insurance.

This is a new platform for communicating efficiently with its customers, as well as for payment options such as ipayment, zoomit.
