Projektbeschreibung
- Work with business and technical teams, in Dublin, the US and off-shore, to create business deliverables such as Process Maps, Business Requirements, User Stories and other relevant documentation
- Work with business and technical teams to support the development of Business and Technical Requirements and solutions
- Facilitate workshops (typically tel/web conference) with business stakeholders to develop requirements.
- Take ownership of the Business Analysis inputs in projects, coordinating activities, managing deadlines and escalating risks and issues
- Develop process and data mapping for systems
- Act as key liaison between business and technical team, including building and managing relationships with business functions
- Work closely with product manager to build, refine and prioritise user story backlogs
- Advise on approaches to satisfying a business requirement
- Apply problem solving techniques and product capability knowledge
- Support change requirements through accurate impact analysis and change specifications
- Drive quality through adherence to and supporting project management processes and procedures, including the maintenance of documentation on shared file systems
- Identify issues/events that could affect resources, schedule, budget, scope and/or deadline. Escalates issues to appropriate parties
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Lead and mentor other business analyst team members
- Provide support to business owners and project managers to help drive business initiatives
- Lead team activities and improvement initiatives
- Contribute to development of best practice in company requirements definition
