We are looking for an experienced project analyst/Business Analyst (Accounting) to join the central PMO team in Cary US.

The Client supports the delivery of project book of works for end user computing, ensuring projects and programmes are funded, planned and resourced to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Position: Business Analyst (Accounting)

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: 6 months+

Start: 2 weeks

Resource Management - Work in conjunction with pre-selected Vendors, Finance and Business Management team, and Program and project managers to establish and maintain a portfolio resource baseline to support delivery plans. Take ownership of onboarding process for new hires. Track resource funding usage to ensure strict adherence to the allocated project budget.

PMO delivery standards - Support the execution and development of standards, tools, process and culture to ensure approach to delivery - from inception to implementation into production.

Configuration management - Develop, implement and maintain a SharePoint site. Ensure all key artifacts are stored (with approvals) on the site, in a logical site structure and key documents can be easily found by stakeholders and project resources and Audit/regulators as required. The PMO Analyst will ensure that document standards and configuration management is followed across the team.

Administrative support of toolsets such as Clarity, SharePoint, and other internal DB project related platforms.

Purchase Order Processing - Work with project staff from start to end of the order process including review of the quote, assessment of the available budget in the funding plan, inputting the order into the dbBuyer system, tracking of order numbers in the appropriate documents.

Stakeholder Management - Good communication skills are required to liaise with everyone from associate up to Managing Director level to ensure smooth passage through a number of important processes

Ad-hoc duties as may be requested by individual project or as required regionally.
