BUSINESS ANALYST (ACCOUNTING & REPORTING)

Business Analyst (accounting & reporting) is urgently sought for a potentially long-term project in the Dutch financial services sector.
The Business Analyst (accounting & reporting) will be responsible for a broad range of projects spanning the client's business internationally.
The Business Analyst (accounting & reporting) will be responsible for gathering, analysis and documentation of the business requirements for accounting and reporting. The work is part of several projects.
The Business Analyst (accounting & reporting) will have proven knowledge and experience in financial accounting & reporting, business rules and data processing in international projects.

The Business Analyst (accounting & reporting) will ideally conform to the following profile:

- 5 years or more working experience as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant
- Experience in the financial sector
- Experience in cross border projects
- Proactive attitude
- Has a customer focus and is result driven
- Team worker
- Analytical mind
- Methodical approach to work
- Good communication skills and good proficiency in English
- Like to work in small teams and in a dynamic international environment.
- Be able to take a coordinating or leading role
- Good knowledge sharing and coaching skills
- IFRS Accounting, Reporting & Finance policies
- Banking products and accounting
- Knowledge of and experience with Finance concepts (required)
- Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis methods and best practices (required)
- Knowledge of and experience with business rules (preferred)
- Knowledge of and experience with Database and Datawarehouse concepts (preferred)
- Experience with the Agile way of working (preferred)

Education

University (preferably in a Financial or Economics study).
