Je functie: Context The mission of End-to-end Operations (E2E Ops) is to be an efficient, risk aware, attractive and entrepreneurial operations provider (transactions and product
servicing),able to supply the right service level to the different customer segments , and able to create, optimise and maintain the necessary fulfilment and
supporting processes in order to keep up with regulations and business demands.
One of the projects to be realized by both E2E Ops and Finance is the project "Optimize E2E process of the accounting controls". This project aims at improving
quality and efficiency by reviewing the organization & process of the accounting controls and related reporting in order to be able to explain and present a correct
view of the EOM accounting figures.

Function Description
Responsibilities and main tasks:
- Support project management:

° Draw up and follow up project planning
° Follow up deliverables and project staffing
° Organise workshops to collect AS IS information and sessions to define TO BE process.
° Organise Project Boards
° Prepare management team presentations.

- Process management:

° Describe and analyse ASIS processes
° Define and describe TOBE processes

Education
Master in economic / accounting sciences or equivalent by experience in projects
and processes within accounting environments

2 years of project/process experience within accounting environments
