Projektbeschreibung
The selected candidate will have experience of process mapping and process analysis. An accountancy background is required to be able to understand the how the accounting process has been impacted and suggest changes to the process. The role will involve running workshops comprised of Accounting and Actuarial teams' therefore previous workshop facilitation experience is required. Experience of working within change projects within banking/Financial services and excellent Stakeholder management are required.
A knowledge of SCR & Technical Provisions as part of the Solvency II Balance Sheet is highly desirable although not essential.
