Business Analyst - 6 Month Fixed term Contract

Work within one of the larger ICT environments in Brisbane providing business analysis capabilities on a service desk tool implementation. They require the services of a Business Analyst with previous experience either gained within a service delivery/help desk role or prior experience working on a service desk tool implementation. Working within this vibrant team you will perform a variety of functions on the project whether facilitating workshops or mapping and improving business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, documenting statements of work, process mapping & improvement
- Project management & vendor management

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous service desk experience
- demonstrable experience as a business analyst
- ITIL experience (certification preferred)

This is an interesting and diverse role within a large technology group. It is for an initial 6 month fixed term contract but there is potential opportunity for longer term opportunities.
