Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract Mid Level

Exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Business Analyst to get involved in a high profile project. Based in Sydney's CBD, this role will involve working with relevant stakeholders to analyze, assess, quantify and document initiatives to improve the processes, systems and applications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working closely with the Project team to develop use cases, use case methods.
- Complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products or business unit structure. Data migration & Data cleansing.
- Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the 'to be' capability.
- Elicit business requirements using a wide variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops and workflow analysis.
- Determining requirements and articulating business processes.
- Presentation of proposed solutions to facilitate acceptance.

YOU MUST HAVE:

- Solid stakeholder management skills
- At least 4 years of end to end BA experience
- Positive, high energy, 'can do' mindset, determined, results oriented, strong people skills.
- Very inquisitive mind that seeks to understand how things work.
- Verbal and listening skills of the highest level, with the ability to translate technical and/or complex ideas for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
