Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract - Government Department

A wonderful opportunity for a successful Business Analyst to join a Government Department.

- 6 MONTH CONTRACT
- 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A BA

WORK REQUIRED:

- Assessment of IT impacts and changes required as a result of the new payment system development.
- Understanding of business requirements & transactional IT systems.
- Experience in data transfer interfaces would be an advantage.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a wide range of technology specialists and business clients, showing strong judgement and common sense - understanding of business requirements
- Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to interpret information - ability to assess the IT impacts and changes required as a result of the new payment system as well as experience in data transfer;
- Strong planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet agreed timeframes; and
- The capacity to work independently as well as working in a small team to achieve agreed outcomes.
