Your function:
GFM Operations IT is looking for an experienced business analyst to strengthen the BA team.
You will translate business requirements into IT solutions, create functional specifications and will
be working closely with support, developers and testers.
The business analyst applies a strong knowledge base and expertise of relevant wholesale banking
fields like business products & areas, workflows, processes for resolution of problems and
recommends improvement opportunities.
You will participate in the Scrittura Global project which includes taking up baseline work and
provide 3th line support when needed.
Scrittura Global has the capabilities to process confirmations for non-financial counterparties,
financial counterparties and member bank clients. Product administration systems will trigger the
confirmation request and Scrittura Global will create the confirmation objects - both the paper- and
electronic confirmation. It performs automatic confirmation matching and will distribute
confirmations to non-financial customers. Confirmations to financial counterparties are sent
through SWIFT Alliance while confirmations to member bank clients will go to Transact. All
confirmations will be archived.

Your profile:
. HBO/WO (NL) or College (UK), preferably in Business, Economics and/or Information
Technology (PRE)
. 3-5 years experience in international wholesale or retail banking and/or 3-5 years.
experience in business analysis (MUST)
. A good understanding of banking products and processing these products (MUST), preferably
FX/MM and Derivatives or Fixed Income
. Experience with Agile methodologies (PRE)
