Business Analyst/12 Months/Ghent, Belgium

For my client, a successful organization, I'm urgently looking for a Business Analyst.

In this role as a business Analyst you will be responsible for:

- the implementation of a service desk tool for the service ICT.
- capturing, analysing, and evaluating the ICT requirements for the service ICT and translate these in proper concepts and ICT services.
- organising the support for the users of this application. This implies the capturing and processing of training needs.
- taking care of the documentation, user manuals and helpdesk scripts.

Required skills

- +5 years experience in the ICT sector
- +2 years experience as a Business analyst
- Qualification: Master degree in ICT or bachelor
- Knowledge of functional and business analysis
- Knowledge of analysis techniques based on UML. Knowledge of Enterprise architecture is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Strong analytical mind-set (process analysis and Datamodelling) and strong didactical skills
- Language: Dutch (native) & English (good knowledge)
