BUSINESS ANALYST (MANUFACTURING) urgently required for interesting contract in Ijmuiden, Netherlands

The BUSINESS ANALYST (MANUFACTURING) will be Responsible for the following:

This role is expected to ensure agreed upon requirements are captured and documented before solutions are designed/implemented and that final solutions meet business objectives.

A key focus will be to focus on day to day business process gaps or inefficiencies.

The BUSINESS ANALYST (MANUFACTURING) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

- Having strong business analyst and business process management experience (minimum 7 years) in Manufacturing/Supply Chain domain; Steel/Metal preferred. Exposure to Mainframe systems is desired. This is mandatory.
- Lead the elicitation process, navigating the competing needs of multiple stakeholder groups, defining and documenting an end-to-end business process that is accepted by all groups, and mapping out technical or other requirements to support the needs and the process.
- Play a major role in analysing business systems and practices to identify improvement opportunities and to determine when deactivation or replacement are required.
- Identify current and future state business processes helping business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will change to support the future.
- Prepare and present process summaries to communicate the financial and operation impact of proposed changes.
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing along with the Business Users. 

IT IS MANDATORY TO BE FLUENT IN BOTH DUTCH AND ENGLISH.
