JOB DESCRIPTION

As a mobile team members design and develop the next generation of mobile banking applications.

We love apps!

Building apps is great, but building apps for about 2 million end-users is even better!

While this means we value our top notch quality standard, you'll work with the best professionals in mobile app development.

You are translating Epics to user stories, you work together with solution architects to figure out the smartest technical solutions to realize them, and you help both the developers and testers in your team to make state of the art shippable apps for our customers (testing the functionality is part of the job!). During development you are the 'voice of reason' for the team.

SKILL REQUIRED:

We are looking for:

* A creative mind and pro-active mindset
* Have a good understanding of UX (studied for example Communication & Multimedia Design)
* Experience in Design Thinking and willingness to bring it alive within our mobile teams
* Your communication skills are great (English)
* With these great communication skills you are able to translate wishes of the client into Front End solutions
* You don't have to be a developer yourself but we are looking for a "tech savvy person" with knowledge of architecture and love for stuff like API/Rest services/iOS/Android/
web development
* Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management
* Experience with the agile way of working (Scrum)
* Knowledge in one of the following areas: CI/CD, data driven decision taking
* Experience with backlog management tooling like Jira
* A Bachelor's level (or in the Netherlands HBO or WO level). And of course, mind-blowing foosball table and darts skills for our in-office competition.
