Business Analyst with profound financial background wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 7+ years' of professional IT experience with track record of working as a Project Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient knowledge of business processes, tools, product life cycle and operations planning
- Several years of experience in Data Management with the ability to develop budgets and controlling costs
- Strong analytical skills and know-how of utilising data collection, maintaining applications and refinement methods to provide fact based decisions
- Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and focus on the critical issues
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Conducting financial management support in budgeting and forecasting of outsourced vendor management
- Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of annual contract renewals
- Managing and coordinating the monthly financial close process for all related IS/IT expense accruals and capital project spend
- Analysing monthly deviation and work with ITIO Function Heads and IT Finance controllers for action plans
- Providing Software and Hardware Asset Management along with License Management
- Assisting in executing annual Financial Planning exercise besides leading and supporting the global monthly process
- Being accountable for operational activities related to cost center management involving several process management areas
