Business Analyst wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Business Project management in the financial industry or consulting
- Confident in documenting business processes
- Extensive organizational skills enhanced by outstanding analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Familiarity in adapting in a fast changing environment
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Structuring, planning and tracking of the project as well as defining project objectives and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders
- Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders
- Assuring compliance with the project group wide standards, as well as the internal quality standards defined in the Project Life Cycle approach
- Collaborating with SME's from key business areas developing a current state analysis and elaborating proposal for future state
- Documentation of business processes, developing of steering committee documentation and authoring of the RFP documentation
