Required Skill:
-Minimum 8 years Business Analysis experience
-Previous experience working within pharmaceutical
-Previous experience in Order Management systems
-Support the team in gathering the required information to build the development environment
-Engage and follow-up with the teams performing setup and configuration activities, use subject matter expertise to expedite process
-Develop a holistic installation and configuration process based on the individual IQs of the service lines, apply approach to the integration environment
-Develop an ordering process allowing to order a new or the rebuild of the existing development environment (ie in case development activities make the existing environment unusable)
Education:
-University degree in mathematics, statistics, natural science or informatics or Similar
Languages:
-Fluent in English
