Business Analyst

If you are a telecoms and media professional with a consulting background then my client will be extremely keen to speak with you in relation to a large implementation programme that will require 7 Business Analysts.

Long terms contracts based in Amsterdam.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Business process design and improvement
- MAPPING CUSTOMER JOURNEYS
- Analysing, documenting and managing business requirements and providing functional assurance
- Workshop planning and facilitation
- Change planning and conducting impact assessment
- Delivery planning and management
- Understanding of delivery methodologies such as waterfall and agile
- Communications planning and management
- General understanding of business systems and networks
- Deliverables and acceptance definition
- Preparing user acceptance test scenarios and scripts
- Producing and presenting reports, business cases and other client deliverables

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A BUSINESS ANALYST IN A MAJOR CONSULTANCY AND THE ABILITY TO DEMONSTRATE CORE CONSULTING VALUES
- An appreciation of telecommunication and media market trends
- An understanding of core telecommunication business processes
- Excellent client facing skills
- Experience and understanding of end to end system integration deliveries
