Business Analyst

On behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Business Solution Analyst and Project Coordinator - 80%.

This contracting position starting in December until May 2017.

You will work in different projects as Business Solution Analyst.

Your Tasks:

* Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather and assess requirements
* Business Process mapping, conduct interviews and workshops with Business to understand and define processes.
* Determine integration with Intranet and Collaboration solutions
* Give priorities and validate requirements through workshops
* Define project scope
* Initiate project
* Follow up on project progress (Timelines, Scope, Quality)
* Get required validations and manage documentation throughout
* Liaise with development teams (internal or external - outside Basel) and other IT partners to deliver the solution

Qualifications:

* Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 5 years
* Project Management foundation certificate
* Multinational work environment experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to navigate in the organisation and manage stakeholders
* Management Methodology (PMM) is a nice to have
* Sharepoint or Pega would be a plus
