Responsibilities:
- Eliciting requirements.
- Requirements organization.
- Translating and simplifying requirements.
- Requirements management and communication.
- Requirements analysis.
- Development of the Connect for Life™ program roadmap, together with the business partners.
- Planning, monitoring and control of testing activities and tasks.
- Devise test objectives, test strategies and test plans.
- Lead the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.
Technical skills:
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
- Modeling techniques and methods.
- Project management experience (plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.).
- Technical writing skills to write proper requirements documents.
Personal skills:
- Interviewing and listening skills to elicit detailed requirements Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills, ability to create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Strong partnering skills to interface directly with business partners.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Methodology/Certification Requirements
Master's degree (preferred) or bachelor degree, preferably in information technology.
Three plus years of experience in business analysis.
Three plus years of experience in software testing. (preferred)
Language Proficiencies
Excellent written and spoken English.
