BUSINESS ANALYST FOR A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT IN BRABANT WALLOON
(ENGLISH)
We are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST to identify any opportunity to improve the acceptance performance. Proven experience in financial/payment industry is required.
DESCRIPTION:
- You will be responsible to create and manage all procedures to define testing scenarios, coordinate the testing campaign with external suppliers and regional market of the client and conduct mystery shopping campaigns
- Analyze the results, provide resolution plans and prepare communication to all stakeholders
- Use the tools and data to identify any opportunity to improve the acceptance performance
- Analyze the regulations, modify or create internal rules procedures to align with these regulations
- Track the testing budget by providing financial reports and create internal financial procedures, rules and reports accordingly
- Constantly improve and enlarge knowledge base information
- Deliver with respecting deadline, costs and quality standards
PROFILE:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of the electronic payment industry (trends, value chain, acceptance landscape with merchants etc.)
- Experience in process management and follow-up
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Team player and strong self-awareness
- Open to new ideas and approaches
- Highly analytical and ability to multi-task
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to travel in Europe
