We are urgently recruiting for a Level 3 Business Analyst to join our client located in Brussels.
Our client is in the public sector. Please note that for this role you may be required to carry out some work in Luxembourg. All candidates need to have a good command in French and English.
Duration: Long term (Ends 12/2018)
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Analysis of user requirements and modelling of new information systems
Technical Annex
- Production of use case models, design and analysis models, implementation models
- Data analysis, Datamodelling
- Follow up of the developments
- Coordinate the work with the project leader, the application architects and the developers
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
- Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting
- Knowledge of usage of business analysis tools, modelling tools and project methodologies such as RUP
MANDATORY EXPERTISE:
More specifically, the required specific expertise includes:
- Knowledge of web and mobile applications
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
- 13 years total experience including IT studies, AND 9 years in specific expertise (Knowledge of web and mobile Applications)
