Business Analyst

For a contract until end of 2016, we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst (100%)
Work location: Lausanne
Start: ASAP
Duration: 10 months (with possible extension)

Tasks & responsibilities:
*Contribute during the Blueprint Phase, bringing insights and benchmarking from other experiences
*Contribute to the prototyping phase specifically for assigned areas of functionality supporting the overall effort for the end to end processes
*Contribute to the map and gap brining SAP ECC/MM configuration and concepts experience
*Contribute to the Design and Build, taking responsibility for specific aspects and deliver as per agreed planning to support the team.
*Document the design
*Demonstrate and sign off proposed functionality supporting requirements
*Support Agile ways of working for delivery of solutions with the support of the offshore development organization
*Create and execute test scripts
*Participate to volume and stress testing
*Contribute to the identification of roles and work with Security teams as well as control framework to ensure delivery of roles that ensure compliance
*Create master data supporting the processes
*Provide end user training on the solutions and processes
*Identify risks and suggest mitigating actions in a timely manner
*Support the migration planning and tools creation
*Support and sustain during Go Live and Hypercare

Required skills & knowledge:
*Logistics processes supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations as well as necessary integration points
*5+ years experience in large scale SAP implementation with minimum 3 full life cycle projects
*Knowledge of Warehouse management
*Knowledge of Service manager, Solman, Change and Release management process
*Experienced in liaising diverse and virtual teams
*Strong ECC/MM knowledge
*Proficient in ECC6 supporting warehouse processes and tools
*Strong achievement focus ie high energy levels and commitment to end results
*Comprehensive leadership skills
*Strong decision making and judgement skills (ability to take data and make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)
*Excellent communication skills with demonstrated clarity in both spoken and written words
*Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be more easily understood by the general business community
*Fluent in English spoken and written
