Business Analyst

Proteus Europe is searching for a Business Analyst for a 4 months contract with possible extensions.

Our Client:-

Your New role:-

- Support the CRM Business Lead during the different project phases
- You should know the overall business processes and have a

basic SFDC knowledge
- You will be on top of the product owners (cross-domain) with regards to the business requirements, challenging them to maximize ROI for EDFL rather than for one specific domain
- Enable the (ongoing) setting of overall business priorities, which is input for the (ongoing) release planning (organize and facilitate workshops to understand and define priorities)
- Manage actively the overall product backlog, within the supervision of the Business Lead. Decision responsibility remains at the Business Lead
- Review functional specifications (on ad hoc basis)
- Contribute to the definition of test scenarios for business acceptance testing
- Support execution of BAT
- Ensure information continuity on business requirements, both functional and non-functional, for the creation of software and application solutions (documentation, knowledge hand-over, etc.)

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-

- have at least 3 years of experience in utilities (supplier side);
- have at least 3 years of experience in CRM processes;
- have a basic knowledge of Salesforce;
- have at least 5 years of professional experience an analytical job working on large IT projects;
- can demonstrate a successful experience within a large IT project;
- can translate complex requirements to improve customer knowledge into solid functional specifications;
- possess strong structuring and analytical skills;
- are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- communicate effectively on all levels of the company both inside IT and the business;
- Have experience in organizing and leading workshops;
- easily build constructive relationships and are skilled in bringing the different parties together in a co-creation spirit;
- master English and are at least proficient in Dutch and/or French.

- have a basic knowledge of Salesforce;
- possess strong structuring and analytical skills;
- communicate effectively on all levels of the company both inside IT and the business.
