For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 months' role.
Job Description:
- Stakeholder Management
- Capture and document requirements
- Assist with the documentation and development of operating models, processes, roles and responsibilities matrices
- Assist with communication and end user guides
Project specific Requirements:
- Proven work expirience in the PKI area, preferable with Microsoft CA
- Expirience in the field of mobile devices
- Knowledge of Citrix technology is a clear asset
- An appreciation and understanding of IT security concepts and controls (eg TOGAF, NIST)
Generic Role Description:
A Business Analyst analyses any business related processes that include banking, organizational, application- related and other operational processes and procedures and develops proposals for change or enhancement. This role would typically be found in a project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations(
Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents(
Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management(
Key Deliverables:
Process documentation
Business requirements documentation
Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
