Business Analyst

We are current looking for a Business Analyst to join a project team implementing a financial credit risk modelling application.

-You will be responsible for identifying and documenting business- and solution requirements and support in the prioritization and implementation of these requirements to provide added-value solutions to the business partner.
-You also help to identify potential areas of automation and support or advise the business in re-engineering the underlying business process.
-You will act as the liaison between our business partners and IT in order to deliver effective and cost-efficient solutions and are proactively involved in the entire software development process in order to ensure successful delivery of the system or release.
-You will also be required to support/drive the design and development process while working in an agile manner (scrum team).

Experience required:
* Education/Level: Bachelor or Master Degree Econometrics/Mathematics
* Experience: 5 or more years experience in International Wholesale/Retail banking and in business analysis
* You are familiar with the complete chain from user to development and test
* You have proven experience in business analysis in the Credit Risk domain and are familiar with Basel (eg BIS II) terminology (LGD, EAD, RAROC) and regulations (Preferable)
