Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
BSA position supporting enterprise sales force automation/customer relationship management application on the iPad, used by Pharmaceutical sales reps and Medical field users.

SKILLS:

SKILLS:

- Veeva or Salesforce.com experience.
- Training in SDLC methodology along with experience in deploying large validated applications.
- Work with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, ability to work with and across all levels of management.
- Document functional requirements from user or business requirements
- Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with business and IT management to gain agreement for resolution.
- Own and drive assigned work streams to completion.
- Good analytical skills and a creative problem solving ability.
- Ideal candidate has experience supporting a sales force application in the Pharmaceutical industry.
